No chance. Langford will need three defenses to be eligible, just like everyone else. Potentially, this fight could be made - but one of them will have to drop their World Title.

So if the belt is dropped, does that mean Armstrong fights for it as it will then be vacant?

Yes. Regardless of what happens, Armstrong will DEFINITELY be fighting for the WBO Title. If Buzz chooses to vacate it, you will fight the next highest eligible challenger.
