its an absloute joke what our promoters charge for tickets
I cannot believe a friend paid 400 a ticket for zac dunn fight and had food included who gives a shit that is robbery this is what I could watch for $400
Tickets will go on sale tomorrow (March 17) at noon for the World Middleweight Championship showdown between middleweight Gennady “GGG” Golovkin and #2 Rated Challenger Willie Monroe Jr. set for Saturday, May 16 at the Forum. Priced at $300, $200, $100, $60 and $30, tickets will be available through Ticketmaster (Ticketmaster.com, 1-800-745-3000) and at the Forum Box Office. “Starting at $30, we’ve priced the tickets very reasonably to give as many fight fans as possible the opportunity to see “The GGG Big Drama Show,” said Tom Loeffler of K2 Promotions. “As his last fight in Los Angeles was sold out, we encourage fans to purchase their tickets early.”

At that price it would want to include intercourse.
Re: its an absloute joke what our promoters charge for tickets
$400 a seat tables were absolute ringside and fully catered with alcohol included. Food was very good quality and all alcohol, including cocktails was included at that price. The price of the GGG fight is good value, the $300 dollar tickets wont be catered though and the $30 tickets will be in the bleachers of a 10 000 head venue. The price is also offset by PPV.
Re: its an absloute joke what our promoters charge for tickets
don't be fooled, if the promoters of ggg thought they could sell as many tickets for double those prices, they would be charging it.
its the oldest trick in the book.

Yeah but Dales don't you think $400 was still way overboard ?dberry wrote:$400 a seat tables were absolute ringside and fully catered with alcohol included. Can you give us all an example of what meals the ringside corporate fans received ?

I hardly think hard tough man watching ringside would be interested in cocktails.Francis75 wrote:Yeah but Dales don't you think $400 was still way overboard ?dberry wrote:$400 a seat tables were absolute ringside and fully catered with alcohol included. $400 is completely ridiculous if you break it down, no more than $200 for a decent meal with drinks for a decent event is as much as you should pay
Take the races for example, in the corporate marquees on a big race day, you would expect to pay no more than $250 for 3 course meal and grog for 5 hrs plus watch group 1 racing at a spectacular venue with plenty of skirt to look at.

There's only one Dale. Why the plural? Honest mistake? Or are you attempting to antagonize him?Francis75 wrote:Yeah but Dales don't you think $400 was still way overboard ?dberry wrote:$400 a seat tables were absolute ringside and fully catered with alcohol included. Kelandbeaver is rite tough hard boxing fans (men) don't drink cocktails but there wife,s or girlfriends do. Those that sit at the tables are making a night of it with good seating drinks and a meal. I like to stand myself
