IF -BOXING- is to move UPWARD, we need to have the REGULATION. That is WHY I begin, in 2007 my work, the United WBC WBA IBF WBO (dash) "the second echelon factor" [UWBCAFO-I].
We count the "potential second echelon" groups as having the value of approx. FIVE [5] USA States. The first echelon can carry on as they have been. Our first rule-of-thumb is that echelons DON'T MIX.
At the moment at least, Gennady Golovikin "mixing" when he holds onto a IBO mixed with any- of the FIRST &MAJOR FOUR.
It's much back history to "talk it" the UTTER damage contributed to the SPORT on a whole by the continued multiplication of "Governing bodies".
Boxing can be as big as BASEBALL (in USA) except, "the IBO's" of the world ruin it.
We are FOR the '2e' & the purpose of the UWBCAFO-I is to regulate on the side of the '2e'.
'1e' we advocate a few things. '2e' we "register" entities [[none registered to date..as ALL GROUPS wish to present them selves as "Kings of the HILL"/mean while even "all styles" go "cheap" as man kind can't seem to keep from MARKING UP ALL OF THEIR OWN SKIN...to "SHOW STYLE"! (by all means, an "Individuals RIGHT!")("don't listen to me; do..."YOUR "Own thing"/I only risk my own "neck" saying such because their are literally dozens of MAN-KIND they "think different" than I do. What a "dumb move" to put non removable INK all over YOURSELF!)(but like I say.....do what your mind tell YOU)]]["Haaaaaaaaaaasaasas!"]
