But you said that you think Arreola should overtake Cunningham.

Ok, geez, I think they're about even. If they fought I'd certainly predict Cunningham would win, but ranking aren't always based on who would win but what they've done. For example, I'd put Joshua in the top 5 easily right now talentwise but I wouldn't rank him that highly because he hasn't fought good enough opposition yet.

Cunningham lost a disputed decision but I suppose you have to take the result into account even when you don't agree with it. After recalling Cunningham did have two wins in 2014 against Mansour whose a top 15 type guy and beat an undefeated unheralded Visona, you can make a good case Cunningham should be marginally ahead of Arreola.

I've got Cunningham 13 places above Arreola in my list.

Cunningham is a much better fighter in my opinion.

Did you think Glazkov deserved the win?

It was very close, but yes.

The HBO commentary (especially that of Max Kellerman, who was openly rooting for Cunningham) was very biased and misleading.

French-Canadian TV commentators scored it 115-113 for Glazkov.

I thought Amir Mansour was robbed against Cunningham, both by the judges and by referee Steve Smoger, who loves Philly boxers. Cunningham never fazed Mansour once, while Mansour hurt him several times and in fact should have had a stoppage win.

Topic A - How are the rankings affected by Vyacheslav Glazkov's UD12 win over Steve Cunningham?

My vote: Glazkov up to #2, Cunningham drops out.

Topic B - How are the rankings affected by Chris Arreola's UD8 win over Curtis Harper?

My vote: Arreola drops out, Harper remains unranked.

I was thinking the same thing. Klitschko is the only guy with multiple top 15 wins. Fuckers dont want to go in the ring with each other and then they say its Klitschkos fault that division is weak.

But you think Glazkov should be at No. 2 even though most people thought Cunningham beat him.

Fury would beat Glazkov fairly easily. There's no way Glazkov should be above him.

No one has a right to complain about boxrec's computerized rankings when the boxrec posters themselves are utterly terrible at ranking fighters.

I agree that people shouldn't complain about the BoxRec computerized rankings so much. I also agree that we get some fairly shoddy votes. However, because the topics are determined by the median vote, not the mean, outlandish votes don't make much of a difference. Some poor decisions have been made in the past (the most common, I feel, is not adequately rewarding fighters for winning - followed by overly penalizing fighters for losing, both in combination result in inactive fighters steadily creeping higher up the rankings) but in general I believe that these BoxRec forum rankings have always been a better reflection of where the division stands than any computerized rankings, and certainly better than any of the alphabet governing bodies.

I agree with the posted rankings. I had Glazkov winning by two points. He was not, however, very impressive. Even the Elephant Man from England could beat him.
