So what, he sells a whopping 8,000 tickets in New York. That's out of a population of what, 8 million?
Yeah, it sounds like they busted down the doors to see this guy. Malignaggi could draw more fleas there.

And yeah, Mexicans have little interest in Golovkin, despite your claims that they "love" him. If it wasn't for Rubio (who isn't even a huge Mexican icon), the Russian would be fortunate to lure 5,000 to StubHub and most of that number would be papered and filled out with Russian immigrants.

Of course, I'm amused by Ikovey backing up his arguments by revealing that actual Mexican rappers have written songs about him.
Wow! You know you're a megastar when some esteemed rappers waste time immortalizing you. But that's what rap is...a big waste of time.
Perhaps, Ikovey can provide us the tunes. I'm sure he spends his productive day listening over and over and over....

And once again some digzee guy is excitedly ranting about soccer, demonstrating what a brain surgeon he is. The "whole country" was talking about the World Cup?
Maybe true if that "whole country" consists solely of your household and a few European themed bars.

And it's possible Obama was "talking about it and watching" (I really don't know) but you have to remember, he's a guy who actually attends women's basketball games and can't bring himself to say "Islamic terrorism."
Not exactly a razor sharp mind there. Soccer would seem to be his speed.
Still about 4,999 more then what Ward get's in his own country, must be embarrassing for him that a Kazakh is outselling him.
There were more people watching the World Cup in the US then the "World Series" and the NBA finals, so they are even more of a minority sport are they?, http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldne ... gures.html

Official THE FORUM ticket Site

According to the official THE FORUM ticket site, Golovkin has already sold 12.333 Tickets which is already above the Juan Manuel Marquez Attandance last year.

44 days remain till the fight and there are still more than 3000 tickets ranging from 30-60 $ , The most expensive tickets are way less, Which means we could see 14-15 K Attendance fight night..

SenorPipino I think you should change your opinion about GGG.

Golovkin (Top 10 P4P) - Willie Monroe Jr (American)

Gonzalez (Top 10 P4P) - Edgar Sosa (Mexican)

This card should do well.

Not sure if he is so funny. People probably thought that Hitler was funny early in his career.

Come on now. You can't possibly equate someone who posts on here with Hitler. Have some friggin' perspective.

He just splashes xenophobia in general and hate to Russians in particular. Luckily for everybody, he is not living in Nazi Germany.

He's an ass for sure but that doesn't mean he is on the same level as a mass murderer. Please try and keep the hyperbole to a minimum.

Also information has it that THE FORUM has been rescaled to 12.600 Seats Capacity. So Thats the Maximum number we can expect. And judging by Tom's Words, Golovkin will probably outsell Juan Manuel Marquez! And he is fighting an unknown opponent which shows how much his Marketability Grew since 2012.

He's probably going to come on here and say that there were still 228 seats unsold.
