Just wondering if anyone has come across any really good quality (relative to the era) fight/training footage of Carlos Monzon? Everything I've ever found is very grainy, maybe I'm not searching hard enough? Thanks in advance.

You've probably already tried this, but just in case.
Go to Google video search and set to high quality, search 'monzon boxing' or whatever. Then on the video site use the wheel icon to set the video to 720p or 1080p (if your on Youtube or Dailymotion) HD if you're on Vimeo, that's the best you're likely to find online.
This one of Monzon Valdez is decent if you set it to 720p/1080p
