Broken/Non Responsive Links on Homepage

On Homepage below,

I click on Boxing Links and nothing happens.

I have also not been able to click on judging records in the database. They take me to broken pages. However, I can click on all fighters in the database just fine. It seems that some pages when clicking within information about something relating to boxing on the site are broken.

For example, in IE 11 on Windows 7, I cannot click on any names in the homepage below to take me to their BoxRec record:
