Eddie had a plan when he signed frankie, and next months IBF inter wotsit title fight is a key part of the plan. For a promoter, the safest bet in boxing is handling both champion and challenger in a world title fight. It doesn't get safer than that - free money, basically. No way is Eddie going to bring Bradley into the equation for frankie, nor is he going to fall over himself to risk kell against Bradley in my opinion.

It's a pity as Brook v Gavin is as appealing as Khan v Algieri. Brook could make a real statement and potentially be next in line for the winner of Floyd v Pac, if he fought and beat someone decent in his next fight

Bradley will be too strong for Gavin,Frankie won't be able to keep him off as he seems to me to lack physical strength.

I had Gavin edging Bundu by a point but wouldn't argue with the decision but Frankie's biggest problem is carrying fighters below his level,I've never been able to see the fascination with Gavin as a pro if I'm honest,he's clearly a skilled and clever boxer but I don't think his style suits the pro game,at least not at a higher level

As I said I thought he beat Leonard but Bradley is a proven top level performer and despite him not being a puncher he's too strong for Gavin and I think he can stop him

I wish Frankie all the best though and I hope he proves me wrong

Looks like it's moving on to Porter v Bradley:
