Non title bout now I guess. Imo, Quillin or any champ should be stripped if this happens, and the winner of the fight should be at least interim champ.(if he made weight) In this case if Quillin wins, he is still stripped of the belt.

How does this sh*t happen... seems daft that as a pro who only really needs to concentrate on his weight and finds that difficult to manage

has quillin had problems with weight before?
