to be fair to Sky (and I'm in no mood to do so lately) the Birmingham show clashes with the Texas show (as its a daytime show over there) so they'll cut over to Texas for the Burns and McDonnell fights I'd guess. Just means I'll be sat in the arean looking at an empty ring :TU:

That improves Sky's overall broadcast big time.

What's the other party's trump card for the evening ?

These cards need well and truly "stacked" up

The only 'stacking up' it puts in my mind is certain promoters in the middle of a 40-car pileup on the m6

Can understand neither man taking too much of a risk as Saunders will be fighting Lee later on this year and Bug will no doubt have to wait until Hearn's scousers are finished doing whatever it is they are planning to do before getting his shot at the British title.

I think Markham is in with a good chance of the upset, he's busy, hits pretty hard and has a good chin.

TBA is a busy boy! They'll probably bring back the Latvian lemons for the Warren show. Sky has been proper grim recently! They should give us a two for one on the May PPVs by way of an apology! I won't hold my breath!

Raphael Zumbano Love will be Joshua's opponent May 9th. Doesnt look like too much of a knock over job, and his record suggests he carries a bit of power himself.

He's held some interesting titles...

Will do well to go three rounds I think.

I'm not one for always slagging off Hearn but I think they were having a laugh in the article on the website;
Joshua’s clash with the former Brazilian Heavyweight champion joins a star-studded line-up with all-action Stourbridge youngster Sam Eggington’s first major title shot as he faces Joseph Lamptey for the vacant Commonwealth Welterweight title vacated by Frankie Gavin.
You can not call this a star studded line up!!!

My 'bold' predictions for the stacked cards.... TBA doesn't win a single fight

For what it's worth this Filipino is a MUCH better guy than the one who fought Warrington and a hell of a puncher. Kal will either impress or be chin checked.
