A bit similar to froch v groves 1 with bjs playing groves and creating an early lead and like froch did lee coming on strong in later rounds to force a stoppage, like froch lees skills are underrated which sometimes happens when a boxers style isn't pleasing to your eye

If Saunders fades again in the 2nd half of the fight & Lee can land the sort of shots Eubank was landing towards the end, I don't see why not.

I think billy joe comes out and racks up rounds until the latter half, then lee starts taking over and clawing back into it. Possible late stoppage.

I was pretty sure of a BJS victory before Quillan, now not so sure. Even though I thought Quillan just edged the fight this was the first time for me that Lee showed that he truly belongs at world level.

I thought Quillan was going to be a level or so above Lee and also beat BJS - Lee showed for 12 rounds he is at Quillan's level.

It's all opinions... Can't see it myself, Bjs will have to be on his game, the full Romany community will be mad for this, especially with Andy being Irish. It's a huge grudge match, even though they don't dislike each other!

It will be a cracking night for sure, what sways it for Lee in my opinion is that he has the 'get out of jail card',which he most probably will need against BJS,anyway,it's a great fight, hope it happens soon :bag:

Wow the poll is really close! That's what we need. Good close fights that divide opinion. I think BJS on points. BJS is the better boxer and has a good chin.

Excuse my ignorance but is BJS Romany & Lee Irish Traveller stock?

After his performance at the weekend, Lee is a big favourite for me now. Really hope it happens.

Is there a big grudge between the communities that follow the two fighters then?

Yeah that's a fair point. Lee is a world class puncher. His left is fierce also! I think BJSs speed would see him through although he did tire badly against Eubank.

Which, like you say, makes it exactly the type of fights we need/want! You can make a case for both fighters and see the holes that the other fighter will be targeting.

Lee's support has increased since the Quillin fight; when I bumped this it was 109-104 BJS but now it's 117-115 Lee.

I agree that this is the type of fight boxing could use more of and I'm looking forward to it :box: :bag:

Most fights I have seen Lee in recently he has been behind on points & come back. BJS is a quick starter so for me he wins the first 6 (fencing) rounds (not by much) then down the stretch its give & take with them each winning 3 or maybe Lee edging it 4-2. Making BJS the winner on points.

I hope it does happen because it is potentially a very good fight.

BJS is probably 2nd to only Froch in British boxing for giving the fans really good fights. Very commendable in this day and age to have fought Fletcher, Blackwell, Ryder and Eubank Jr by the time your 25.
