After pausing it on you tube on several occasions, (yes, I'm a bit tragic) I conclude it's 96% likely to be fake.
It's a promotional thing from his sponsor, the bottle disappears from view (so his handler can grab it) and the resulting 'bottle' through several frames looks sometimes transparent and sometimes 'not right'.
Also, I mean really - how hard would he have to practice yo get this right? And for what? To please his sponsor?
Having said that, it's a pretty damned cool video

I played it in slow motion and it looks real to me.

Hmmm I'm just not sure about this one. Also the vid title suggests it could be fakelillywhite14 wrote:It looks a little computer generated. Like the Ronaldinho kicking the ball against the bar vidscutsman wrote:Fake vid right?

He's holding his baby when the infant slaps Khan on the jaw and although his knees dipped he didn't go downEmmseegee wrote:Im working offshore with a sh1t internet connection that cant load youtube....

After being on the speed-bag someone hands him a bottle of milk which he drinks. He then balances the empty bottle on the back of his fist, flicks it upwards and hits it a few times with each fist so the bottle spins in mid air mimicking a speed ball, then he punches it out of shot.Emmseegee wrote:Im working offshore with a sh1t internet connection that cant load youtube....

Re: Amir Khans Party Trick
How long has Amir been endorsing Maximuscle now? Did he get in before the founder of the company sold up to Glaxo, or after?
Re: Amir Khans Party Trick
It's a fake (albeit a very good one). There are other similar ads that have circulated for a while with other sportsmen performing 'superhuman' feats. You even had the one of Bruce Lee 'playing' table tennis with nunchuks.
Re: Amir Khans Party Trick
It looked pretty obviously fake to me but seeing so many others think differently i'm wondering if I'm seeing things.
Maybe everyone's watched this on a phone but I watched it on a computer screen. If you just look at the spinning bottle it just looks superimposed the way unconvincing special effects do. I can't put my finger on it, probably light and shadow.
Anyway I would be very surprised if this isn't an attempt by maximuscle for some viral publicity.

Re: Amir Khans Party Trick
That is pretty elaborate to be fake. Not only the spinning bottle but getting the towel to fly off the ropes when it gets hit. All for a youtube video? Looks real to me.
Having looked again, it might by possible that he was doing it with a small ball, still a pretty neat trick, and then the bottle was superimposed.
