Just got this ESPN alert on my phone. Apparently it's 100% going to charity.

Have paid tickets ever been necessary for a weigh-in?

Don't recall a paid weigh in before, but I wouldn't be surprised if its been done on smaller level fights to generate some extra $$$.

Sounds like a TMT idea to limit the number of Pacquiao fans, Filipinos and Mayweather haters. It wont work, it will only limit broke ass bum Mayweather fans.
