I have to say if this isn't true and he's innocent, what a thing for a person to be accused of. His life is over now in all ways as mud sticks. Until proven guilty, I don't think anyone should be named until after the desision in court. If he is found guilty, fair enough, name and shame.

Slighty off topic - I remember Alex Ferguson was being acused of something when Man U played somewhere in Africa lol. Absolute rubbish. I don't believe for one second that Clife Richard is a nonce (he's just an easy target) or all the other soap stars being accused. A lot of these people in my book are chancers. Who next? David Jason, or Zippy! Seems everyone in TV during the 70's and 80's was a nonce. This getting a joke now!

You get birds getting spit roasted by footballers, then accusing them of rape the next day cause they done it whilst drunk! If you're very famouse you have to be so carefull. If I was a celeb I'd be walking around with a tape recorder out of paranoia lol. People out there trying to set you up 24/7

What's to stop some shiit c__t doing that to anyone of us after meeting her in a bar or pub. Don't matter where, a nutters a nutter. You bang it, then don't phone her after, she gets the right zig, and calls the old bill. How can a man prove his innocence from a acccusation like that. Let's be honest, it could happen to anyone of us. You'd be proper f___ked!

That is why it is disgusting that names are announced right away. should be anonymous until conviction. However, when that is said, you get some 'victim support group worker' basically coming on SKY News saying there is no smoke without fire, so screw them.

I would rather be accused of murder than sexual offences.

His life isn't over now.

It's a very unpleasant thing to happen and it will always hang over him to an extent, but his life isn't over even if he's found guilty.

Why are so many people so eager to write people off as finished? Rape victims are often written off as having their life finished/ruined, it's crazy.

His life as he knows it is over if he's found guilty, there's not many boxers going to want to train under him and there's not many promoters going to want to give him work - there is such a thing as bad publicity.

If it is a case of being wrongly accused it'll test him and his family to the very limit and it would be an awful thing to be accused of.

What's he been accused of anyway?

The charge seems pretty vague.

Might be just that, he might have done all sorts - no doubt it'll come out in court, she might have been a fair bit younger.

Hopefully, whether he's guilty or not, all of this convinces him to change his hairstyle.

If he turns up in court with that hair then he deserves everything he gets.

If this is true then he deserves the punishment he gets but the era he grew up in is a lot different to nowadays! This is going to be controversial and rightly so but in the 60s/70s things were a lot different than what they are now! A grab and a fumble were classed as normal!!

Kevin Webster doesn't have to work in front of thousands of drunken men. He'll get stick, even if not guilty.

Hopefully his lawyer will have a word: "Look Bob, just some friendly advice.... Maybe you should choose a different look for court. You're up on a child molestation charge; and deliberately looking like a nonce is not going to look good in front of the jury"

There is an ongoing dilution effect, so many high profile men are accused and then nothing comes of it, it's splashed all over the media. Not sure if the politicians will ever have the balls to stand up to the lobby which resists the common sense call of keeping the accused anonymous until the trial is over, but regardless of that, I do think there is a general dilution of just how serious these reports are now taken. I would guess cynicism has never been higher.

I bet if you won the lottery tomorrow, say you won £10,000,000. You know there'll be people coming out of the wood work to hang ya. Some ex-bird you ain't seen in years, saying you took liberties with her 20 years ago. I'm not saying it don't happen, course it does, but there's a lot of horrible wretchs out there too. As much as Mike Tyson is a nutter, I can't see him raping a woman, can't see it. Those old Tory MPs back in the 70's defo.
