The other Trainers do laugh at him and think he is highly overrated, Manny was already a great fighter when Roach got him, Toney was already an ATG when Roach had him, Oscar was already a champ, I could go on and on but I guess the point is already made.

Why do these already great fighters go to Roach, they all have multiple years of experience and could pick and choose from the very best in the world - why would they not choose the best available trainer given the financial penalties involved with losing/being I'll prepared/having a lousy game plan?
You haven't answered the question!! You tried the old tactic of asking a question with a question and still that is not the answer. Who knows why they go to Roach, it could be that he is far cheaper than the other "Real" trainers out there, who knows??
