From what I read Manny has to testify 2 days before the fight, but will probably get it pushed back anyway. Roach and his big mouth and hatred for Ariza caused this one, and it was filed by Ariza before he was in Floyd's camp, so realize that before blaming Floyd, like many will try to do.

You can call it vague when it's someone who isn't well-known but in his profession and in those circles an accusation like that albeit vague or whatever you want to call it will cause some liability issues as well as credibility issues.

Look at what's transpired since Roach made that claim of "Special Shakes":

1. People now believe Manny was juicing
2. People now believe Ariza to be a "juice man"
3. People have aligned Ariza with Heredia

All of this is a direct result of that accusation and that is "legal" grounds and enough substantiated proof with the video of Roach claiming as much to make it a slanderous (remark made with no proof) accusation.

Ariza will win this case.

Not necessarily, some can be introduced as creams and other forms. Ariza didn't have to tell Roach what was in those shakes because he was not obliged to by his contract but for Roach to assume that it was something illegal and then comment to that suspicion with slanderous (unproven) accusations is all Alex needs to prove his case.

He has Roach on video stating as much.
