Rigondeaux and Frampton can't even get on TV as undercards right now and Santa Cruz is fighting on May 2nd card which i'm not sure if you heard, is the biggest fight in the history of boxing. Danny Garcia has been the best 140 in the world for 4 years and did have tough fights along the way but never lost. Every boxer on my list is considered the best or top 2 in Boxing's most exciting divisions. Not only are they the best but they bring in the most money from fans paying to watch them so keep mentionin some obscure boxers that are literally boo'd in the ring for lack of action like Rigondeaux. When Arum drops an undefeated boxer because he's too boring, you know somethings wrong. It's subjective and i feel comfortable with my list. Let me look at your mess now and critique yours. i'll be back.Horse wrote:Danny Garcia isn't dominant. He's arguably lost to both Herrera and Peterson recently.caldo2025 wrote:My P4P list

Santa Cruz's opposition has been too weak to call him a dominant fighter. Rigondeaux and Frampton are generally ranked ahead of him at super bantamweight.

I was hoping to dislike your Top X more but it looks pretty darn good, dammit. My only problems are with Froch and Bradley being included. Those two guys are beloved, don't get me wrong, but the world wouldn't be surprised if either guy lost his next fight. You clearly love Roman G and Rig's so i'm not going to knock any undefeated fighter making a list. Roman G has been on a lot of these lists so i'm going to have to look at some of his fights on line now and see what i might be missing with this kid. Maybe he's a diamond in the rough soon to be selling well? I'm open minded. I'll check him out now.Horse wrote:1. Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Frampton tops every bill he is on and sells out 10k seats in Belfast every time. When was the last time LSC topped a bill? Putting LSC in your top 10 because he is fighting on the May/Pac undercard is just daft! Settoul is also fighting on that undercard - does that put him in the top 10 p4p?

Frampton is a main eventer and all his fights are on British television.caldo2025 wrote:Rigondeaux and Frampton can't even get on TV as undercards right now and Santa Cruz is fighting on May 2nd card which i'm not sure if you heard, is the biggest fight in the history of boxing.
Santa Cruz is fighting BoxRec's 108th ranked super bantamweight in the world on the PPV undercard. That's not really worth bragging about, in fact it's downright embarrassing.
He lost clearly to Herrera. I had him losing by 5 points. Garcia has looked awful since his win against Matthysse.caldo2025 wrote:Danny Garcia has been the best 140 in the world for 4 years and did have tough fights along the way but never lost.

I just try to rank the best fighters, who've proven their abilities in the ring. I'm not taking their popularity into consideration.caldo2025 wrote:so keep mentionin some obscure boxers that are literally boo'd in the ring for lack of action like Rigondeaux. Benny Hill starred on British Television too, doesn't seem like a very tough thing to do. The UK is full of these incredible boxing stars, until.... they come to the US and...they're not out cold in hilarious fashion. This is is all subjective anyway so no sense arguing about it.Horse wrote:Frampton is a main eventer and all his fights are on British television.caldo2025 wrote:Rigondeaux and Frampton can't even get on TV as undercards right now and Santa Cruz is fighting on May 2nd card which i'm not sure if you heard, is the biggest fight in the history of boxing.

Re: What's your p4p-top 10 only 14 days away from the big fight?
I'd start off with your boy Ricky Hatton. First he gets knocked out by a turnbuckle vs Floyd and then there's the time he was snoring in the center of the ring vs Manny. All that was missing was his binky and a stuffed animal. Frank Bruno was a funny one to watch get beat up too. Martin Murray is a great imitator though, not many people can play a heavy bag like that (fight was in Monacao but you know what i mean). It was so real, GGG couldn't tell the difference. Not sure if the UK is taking credit for Amir Khan these days since he's not champion, i'm sure that will change when it serves Brits at some point. He's great to watch get knocked out. George Groves is a nice KO to watch, the way his leg contorts like that, he must do yoga. Nathan Cleverly beat Kovalev's ass, to the hospital for tests. That was another UK Drubbing in the bright lights. Then there's the UK Heavyweights that Brit's love to talk about even though they are going absolutely nowhere. If talking shiit was a sport, they'd be great though. Guys like Tyson Fury who is UK's great white hope these days...who's just a tall, fat goon with limited ability. Chisora used to be the promising boxer to back in the UK until he confirmed that he sucked. David Haye is probably the biggest loser of them all, calling out the Klitschko brothers until he finally gets a title shot. He hugged it out for 12 rounds and blamed a hurt toe for the loss. You see where i'm getting at here, the UK's got nothing for talent so they try to make them something through marketing but i'll never pay money to see that garbage.Benny Hill starred on British Television too, doesn't seem like a very tough thing to do. With that said, The Prince was one of my favorite boxers of all time so i'll never knock that man. Lennox Lewis is Jamaican so don't go claiming him. He was born in Jamaica and still lives in Jamaica, not yours. I'll also give you Callzaghe but he finished his career avoiding all of the most talented people in his division save a couple. But i'll give that to you.
What's your reply Hoss? You going to sing the Ricky Hatton Christmas Song that makes a lot of sense. Yeah, it's blends nicely.

Frank Bruno was getting KO'd before he went to the US
Martin Murray has never lost in the US - not sure if he has even fought there.
Amir Kahn - Again was KO'd before leavin the UK.
George Groves KO against Froch was in the UK not the US.
Nathan Cleverly - Lost against Kovalev in the UK.
Fury is undefeated.
Haye didnt lose in the US.
So your point about UK boxers going to the US and getting KO'd was nonsense. And I'm not British by the way!
