Good win for Jack. He kept his composure and made Anthony uncomfortable the 2nd half of the fight by never taking a backwards step.

I can see Jack giving Groves very few problems after watching that.. Good win for him tonight all the same.

As for Dirrell, it's hard to think of a more frustrating boxer to watch in any division. Complete lack of heart and stamina. And I don't get his constant whinging to the ref when he is the one using all the spoiling tactics!!

I may have got my prediction wrong, but I stand by what I said. Jacks victory says more about Ant Dirrell than anything else.
The SMW division seems to be getting weaker, it really needs some of the younger generation to step up to the plate when necessary.

Are the young guys all that good themselves? Ramirez looked poor last time, Groves was stopped twice by Froch and has looked poor since...

Maybe Dirrell put some good money on Jack too

I'll be honest enough to say I did not see this coming.

Missed the fight, but I will find time to watch it before I have more of a take.

I wonder how Derek Edwards feels right now...

He knocked out Jack one year ago, in the first round. Probably thought, well, that was a short night, and a good payday... now Jack, the guy he has knocked out, is a World Champion, and probably becomes a millionaire, with this & his next purse.

Edwards is probably wanting to fight him again. And Jack wants to get revenge for his lone L

Anthony Dirrell kinda reminds me of Kevin Johnson......ur watching the fight wondering wtf is he waiting for. Dirrell fights so friggin lazy. U can tell hes athletic but man he does not have the drive, the speed or the pop of brother andre. or reflexes among many other things now that I think of it. jack came to fight, never seen him come out like that tho Ive only seen him fight 3 or 4 times.

jacobs looked good but he gets ko'd in the 1st half by GGG.

He feels like the biggest champ out there, for sure! Findley vs Ward in 2016!

Yes anyone below elite can be beaten by someone who isn't terrible. Correct.

Once by Froch & once by Foster :witzend:

It still irks me that he ruined what, up till then, was a brilliant and intriguing fight.

Agree that Groves hasn't looked the same since the 2nd fight. We'll see how he performs against Jack.
