How do you mean? Jennings was an awkward opponent who didn't let Wlad get into a rhythm. But Wlad did land two or three bombs and Jennings took them very well, way better than Pulev last time out. I think Wlad realised Jennings wasn't going anywhere in a hurry and paced himself to go 12. There was no incentive for Wlad to carry Jennings when he surely wanted to put on a show on his US return after stinking out MSG in 2008?
Klitschko has one of the best jabs in boxing,maybe one of the best in HW history yet against Jennings he was just pawing with it the whole fight,the left hooks that he done Pulev with were just little pushy type hooks and I know he landed maybe a handful of decent straight rights on Bryant but there wasn't nearly enough of them thrown let alone landing
I give Jennings credit because he did give it a good go especially for someone with as little boxing experience as him
Clinchko could load up on Pulev and hit him full strength because he had an enormous immobile target.
He couldn't let his hands go versus Jennings the same way he couldn't versus Haye and Ibragimov, because he is a big giant who gets spooked by movers who can slide and quickly toss something back at his glass chin.
For all this talk of Clinchko being some unbeatable monster, his limitations were on full display versus a man who had never put on a pair of boxing gloves when Clincho began his current reign. He is a one dimensional boxer without an imagination or variety of punch. Perfect for fatted punchbags, but whenever a fellow comes along with speed and moves he is reduced to terrified pawing.
Puluev's result is worse, but I thought he gave it a far better go than Jennings (or a lot of the challengers I've seen) and actually went for the win.
Puluev went out on his shield after a genuine attempt to win.

I agree with that. Pulev, for his technical shortcomings, really gave it a go against Klitschko. I don't understand the general consensus of Pulev putting in a poor effort. There was nothing wrong with his effort, or his ambition, what was wrong was his lack of head movement and defence.
I thought he gave Klitchsko a couple of real scares before Wlad took the nuclear option.
