Answer my question and tell me who beats him.. everyone just sais Andre ward.. If Andre ward ONLY beats him and thats debatable, a former #2 P4P Boxer, Then Why shouldnt Golovkin be in the Top10? Golovkin just kills Mayweather in a 154 bout and we all know it. Lara is with Al Haymon and is fighting only at showtime, GGG has a contract with HBO, this fight is IMPOSSIBLE to happen. And Lara knows this and safely calls him out. Instead he should Face Andrande that is calling him out.KBB wrote:I don't have to tell you jack, 3G hasn't beaten a top fighter in the P4P and has no right to be calling out Floyd or Manny when there are many guys who want to fight him at 60, even Lara called him out and he is still ducking that fight.Aaronide_ger wrote:Tell me one guy that beats golovkin from 160 to 168. Re: Who should Floyd fight after May?
Floyds dad wants him to retire after this fight I think that says something to be fair. I reckon a nice easy fight for his last, Khan would suit this. Saying that though it must be hard walking away from all that money every time he fights very tempting for any boxer ever, to turn down!
Re: Who should Floyd fight after May?
LOL to "kills Mayweather" comment! You are speaking out of your hate for Mayweather, do you have any proof that he kills Mayweather? All you are doing is speculating, no facts, no proof, just your fanboy quote of "kills Mayweather'.Aaronide_ger wrote:Answer my question and tell me who beats him.. everyone just sais Andre ward.. I am stating facts, Ill make a poll and lets see what people think about this. I dont hate mayweather, In fact I enjoy watching him. But Golovkin is in his prime and would be too much for May, He struggled with Maidana.. GGG has amateur pedigree amazing footwork HUGE power and cuts the ring of perfectly. Too much for Mayweather at this age.KBB wrote:LOL to "kills Mayweather" comment! You are speaking out of your hate for Mayweather, do you have any proof that he kills Mayweather? Re: Who should Floyd fight after May?
You're wasting your time with a poll because I can already tell you the results; many people here hate Mayweather so it is natural that they are going to pick 3G.Aaronide_ger wrote:I am stating facts, Ill make a poll and lets see what people think about this. I didn't see any facts in the posts you made, just you speculating what you think would happen in regards to Golovkin killing Mayweather.
Triple G doesn't throw his shots at crazy angles like Maidana so you cannot use him to compare him to what you think he do in a fight with Mayweather based on those fight with Chino.
Maidana is in his prime but it didn't matter, he got totally outclassed. Golovkin isn't getting any younger and wasting time calling out Manny and Floyd when he hasn't done anything to deserve a fight with either man when he has MWs and SMWs along with Jr MWs calling him out see s to be a waste of his time.

Wait what? You just said that Chino has better angles than 3G? You really dont know your stuff. Go Watch the Murray fight and then come and tell me that chino has better angles. Wow, either you do not comprehend what you read very well or you are in such a rush to defend your boy GGG that you have blinded yourself to the what I really said which is quoted from my original text above:Aaronide_ger wrote:Wait what? You said "Crazy angles" Dont try to look smart. Crazy angles = better Angles, If by "Crazy" u mean something else then why say it as a "Good" Tool to beat mayweather in the first place?KBB wrote:Wow, either you do not comprehend what you read very well or you are in such a rush to defend your boy GGG that you have blinded yourself to the what I really said which is quoted from my original text above:Aaronide_ger wrote:Wait what? Re: Who should Floyd fight after May?
Ok, allow me to try and simplify this for you; when Maidana throws a shot he doesn't throw them straight, his punches loop and come at very odd angles.Aaronide_ger wrote:You said "Crazy angles" Dont try to look smart. GGG doesn't throw his shots like that, his shots are straight/pinpoint.
I hope this simplifies things for you, there is a difference in throwing shots that come at crazy angles than there is for throwing shots from an angle.
Wow, I can't believe you didn't understand something so simple.

Floyd should either fight Cotto just to get that strap, unify the division against the winner of Khan vs Brook (ASS-uming Amir grows the balls to face him) and if neither of those materialize then he should just retire.
He won't have anything to prove once he waxes Manny's a$$ though!!
Here. 6 guys ranked in the top 10 for you.
Re: Who should Floyd fight after May?
Just being honest, if Floyd handles Pacquiao the way I think he will, he might as well go out on top, enjoy his money and retire. I'd hate to see Floyd get in with a young in their prime fighter like Thurman and get clipped this late in his career just to appease the haters. Of course I would love to see Floyd in with Thurman more than anyone after he takes care of business on May 2nd, but as a fan Floyd I'd like to see him leave the sport on top. I mean if Floyd were to beat Thurman after Pacquiao it would be a very good win, especially if Thurman was to have another big win between now and September against one of the top dogs at 147 (Brooke, Bradley, Madaina, Khan, Porter).
GGG is out of the question, GGG doesn't deserve that fight. He's not even in the right weigh-class. Maybe after Pacquiao gets beat by Floyd he should fight GGG.. Hell Maybe GGG should move down to 147 and fight Cawford first lmao.

Still even with that list he hasn't beaten anyone that earns him a shot at Floyd or Manny.
Re: Who should Floyd fight after May?
A middleweight has to fight a super middleweight, who is about to fight at a catchweight just below light heavyweight to earn his shot at a welter weight?KBB wrote:I LOL so hard when I hear GGG's name mentioned, dude hasn't done anything to warrant a fight with Mayweather, he has to go through Ward to get a fight like this.
What the F are you talking about?
Do you expect GGG to go up to 172lbs to fight Ward, to earn his shot at Floyd who would not go a pound over 154 to fight him?
Re: Who should Floyd fight after May?
I'll amazed if his next bout isn't Pacquiao 2.
After that?
Bradley, Brook, Thurman or Khan in no particular order
If he is to look to another weight division the Danny Garcia or possibly Lara
If he sticks around long enough? Terrence Crawford could be an interesting changing of the guard

Re: Who should Floyd fight after May?
So Maidana shots come from very odd angles but Golovkin's are straight.. Go Watch the Rubio KO. Did that Punch come straight? That overhand left on the top of the skull? I have never seen Chino do anything like that.KBB wrote:Ok, allow me to try and simplify this for you; when Maidana throws a shot he doesn't throw them straight, his punches loop and come at very odd angles.Aaronide_ger wrote:You said "Crazy angles" Dont try to look smart. Re: Who should Floyd fight after May?
First off, GGG shouldn't be knocked for not fighting top 10 talent. What's the guy supposed to do? He's called out every boxer around his weight and no one wants to get in the ring with him. So he keeps busy and knocks EVERYONE out. Even KBB has to admit his knockout streak is impressive and he may end up breaking an amazing record. He's not doing it like early Mike Tyson or Deontay Wilder, knocking out people they pluck off the street. He's knocked out professionals. GGG is the next king of Boxing.
But as far as Floyd goes, if he loses or draws with Manny then his next fight will be a rematch. If he wins, I would bet my last dollar that Cotto already knows that he's next for Floyd and that's why Cotto's been so careful picking a darn opponent. If i'm Floyd, I shut up the Manny lovers (me) and then capture the prestigious Middleweight Championship of the World. That's a dream ending right there. Floyd's gotta want that belt for his collection and you will never have an easier fighter to beat for it. Cotto's no Middleweight Champ.

Re: Who should Floyd fight after May?
Yep, sounds sensible to me. Not sure Floyd will bother with a rematch, certainly not if it's a close tough fight. I know it's lucrative, but I honestly think that after the fight money just wont be a real motivation any more, he's richer than Croesus already. If he beats cotto for the MW belt, he equals Marciano's record, and gets another weight for his legacy - albeit not one against the best man at the weight.caldo2025 wrote:First off, GGG shouldn't be knocked for not fighting top 10 talent. A rematch with Pacquaio
(it's the only fight which could make more money than the upcoming one)

Personally, I think the latter is more likely.

Yes, that's true. If Floyd loses, the rematch could be huge, especially in a close or contentious win.Crease wrote:A rematch with Pacquaio

In the unlikely event Floyd was flattened, even then the rematch might be huge, if promoted right.
