It's so sad, but this event has not much to do with Boxing

Post by Chepppaaa »

now, you gonne ask me "how can the 2 best boxers meeting each other has nothing to do with boxing?"

i will tell you. no matter when in time, if it was in the dempsey era or in the tyson era, boxing was always about ACTION and BOXING FANS FROM ALL DIFFERENT CLASSES OF PEOPLE, from the normal working people to the very rich.

this event wont have to do much with either of one. it will be more a rich society banquet, than anything else. as far as boxing or action goes, like i said, i hope i am wrong, but i do think it will turn out somewhat of a mayweather marquez fight, very boring, effective, but overall nothing spectacular happening, because even if floyd totaly dominates pac, than he wont even try the obvious what he should try and thats unleash some devasting combo or swinging hooks and end the show with a bang.

as far as fans go, this event has nothing to do with fans, because real boxing fans wont be able to watch the fight in mgm, only rich people who normaly dont care for boxing and watch tennis and golf all day, they will be able. as far as streaming goes, i hate it, they wont let even fans watch the fight in scrappy quality. shame on them. they cant get their mouth full enough, they alway want more. 100 dollar ppv for 1 fight

even for a dream fantasy card i would find 100 a litle bit to much  , but i would pay it, for this fight, no way.

In March 2010, I would have been happy to pay $100 for this fight. Now, no, but I'm still excited for it.

why don't you just watch it on You Tube like an hour later for free? I've paid for every PPV the last 5 years and this is the only one I think was worth the money. I don't care if they throw 2 punches a round, it's going to be great to see them in there together.
