Only for Floyd fan
Only for Floyd fan
I could not watch the fight has i am working up north but I want to ask Mayweather fan was that a real boring fight or it was again a master performance shutting down a fighter everyone who is not a Floyd fan wanted to succeed. I think again some are not willing to give Money what he truly deserve

As a fan of Floyd I was hoping Pacquiao was good enough to cut off the ring and use his footwork to force Floyd to fight. It turned out he just was in with a guy that was better than him in every aspect of the game. Floyd stayed elusive and controlled the pace because he could. If Manny would have thrown more, he would have been hit more.
To a lot of people, it is boring if they are not toe to toe trading shots to the head. Fighters like that tend to have short careers. Floyd put on a masterful display of skill, and at 38 was quite impressive. Hopefully people (Pac fans) now believe what I and others have said before about Pac's recent opponents being handpicked for him, and also why Arum had kept this fight from happening for so long.

This really was the most likely outcome of the fight, although I really thought Manny had more to offer and would try to force the fight, but I think that would have ultimately led to him taking more punishment in this fight. But come to find out Floyd is simply that technical and truly can neutralize any style of fighter. But as I posted prior to this fight, at the end of it all it would end in very anti-climatic fashion due to Floyd clearly winning the fight. It wasn't a surprise to me at all that Floyd was able to take away Pacquiaos offense with great movement and keeping him off balance with the jab and straight right hand, it was text book boxing against a great opponent and it's really sad that people don't appreciate Floyd more and give the guy the props he truly deserves.
I also said once Floyd convincingly beats Pacquiao, nothing would change when it came to the excuses and people being disrespectful toward Floyd. It happens every time Floyd beats that so called boogie-man Before the fight, Pacquiaos fans just piled up the excuses and once reality hit them, they clung to the excuses and disrespect as was expected. I mean you have people who are saying Pacquiao won the fight, whether they believe it or not just shows the ignorance some of the people around here really have. It's just sad that people can claim to be boxing fans and then bitch, moan and make excuses when a guy beats a great opponent using tactics that reflect text book boxing.
But I know what happened last night, I know Floyd won the fight convincingly and proved once again why he's the best fighter of this era. The guy is a master boxer and a brilliant strategist. Respect the great Floyd Mayweather!![[icon_notworthy.gif]](./images/smilies/icon_notworthy.gif)
