I never have liked Froch and some people think I should because we both live in the East Midlands. I think its ridiculous supporting a fighter just because he lives in your area. My wife and I were Ricky Hatton fans even though neither of us have connections in Manchester. I do try to like Carl but then he says something which turns ne against him again. He arrogantly says he beat Taylor but he was losing every round when the KO came. He needs to be more humble and admit he was close to defeat that night.

Erm, i know it's a big night for boxing and we're a bit excited about a major fight later and probably had a beer or two but he did actually beat Taylor in fantastic style. Nothing clearer than a ko victory especially in an opponents home country!

Hatton was probably losing on the cards against Maussa until he nearly took his head off with a left hook

Yes Froch did beat Taylor with a KO, but in the final round with only seconds to go. Froch as good as he is couldn't have planned that. Had Froch got a share of the rounds then fair enough, I wouldnt say anything. Trouble with Froch is, he hasn't got a humble bone in him.

And as already mentioned above, how many world class boxers have no arrogance about them? I'd actually say Froch is one of the more humble, down-to-earth elite guys.

Doesn't matter when he stopped him. He took a decision out of the judges hands by stepping on the gas when it mattered

you can slate froch all you like for being a prick but to try and denigrate a clear stoppage win is a harsh. If Pacquiao had have sparked mayweather in the 12th last night would that have been an arrogant win or the threat you always face with Pacquiao?
