I simply quoted somebody else’s words. All it took was a couple of keystrokes to copy and paste! :o

In terms of the post itself, do you agree or disagree with what’s written? :??
Oh you know I agree with you.
But you also know I got to make a smartassed comment

You know what credit to floyd may for the win but that was not an impressive win to me and many more. He was constantly moving away, landed nothing special and lost 4-5 rounds imo.
It was like an olympic boxer who gets a few points up and backpedals all night.
So yes may is a great boxer, the greater pure boxer of the two, but i cannot say that fight was any good at all and as i say pac still won 4-5 rounds against a taller rangier fighter who was on his bike.

Most people on this forum have no problem with the decision but do we have to love watching the fight? It was as boring as it was predictable. As for the 'expert' I really don't think Locche, or Whitaker for that matter, look anything like Floyd. All great defensive fighters but both Locche and Whitaker threw combinations and both could and would fight on the inside. Floyd is more like Wlad, he has perfected a style that is very effective but also hated by many.

100%

I know Pep Will O' the Wisp and Toney I will check the others out. I made a similar comment on fb the day after the fight when I heard all the moaning, especially after hearing everybody raggin on Mayweather. (in my amateur way)...He checked Manny and like you said that's Floyds game and it works. He out scored with accuracy and timing and movement Floyd is an artist in there and a very deceivingly Intelligent Boxer ...I believe both landed some good powerful shots I did see Floyd get hurt or at least I thought so but in turn He nailed Manny hard, I especially liked that hard uppercut he landed on Manny..Floyd out boxed him..Whats he supposed to do let Manny tag him with one those missiles he throws. because usually he throw 5 and up when he can...I also saw I think a left hook that Manny threw that looked like it would have taken off two mens heads.... But Floyd slipped underneath and came back with something... Floyd was on the ropes.....I Totally agree...this is a dangerous sport you get tagged and you guys know better than I, that could be the end...so if you sense that the other guy can drop one on you..or you are missing your footwork, punch speed and you can't get out of his way or get inside which Manny has to do...and from the way I look at it...he has to lunge in like a cat... I watched quite a few of each fighters bouts just to be sure I really understood both of them..They both have excellent chins....And why do they keep letting Manny drop the left cross and hook he does the same thing with his right jab and right hook..??? IMO

Thanks this site has been a Great learning too for me

This is the subtle criticism of a boxer. What is he supposed to do, just stand there and let the man hit on him? Have you ever been in a boxing ring and actually boxed someone??

Whenever I read comments like "he backed away", he was on his bike or he constantly moved, this lets me know that the person who made these types of comments never laced them up because if they had then they'd know that you don't just stand still or not move at all while your opponent is swinging at you.

Would you stand right in front of Manny while he is swinging??

It was as boring as it was predictable
Allow me to address why it was boring; it was boring because Manny was rendered ineffective, he had no answer to cut off the ring with his supposed "Best Footwork and Speed" in boxing.

It was predictable because Pacquiao proved he didn't know how to do anything else once Floyd figured him out.

You guys blame Floyd but then never put any blame on Manny for being virtually ineffective and not able to figure out how to throw his usual punches in bunches and maybe you are correct in blaming Mayweather for being so intelligent and asserting so much ring generalship that it left the lesser intelligent fighter puzzled as how to beat him.

Manny lost because he didn't throw enough punches that landed, defense and counterpunching did him in, the same as it ultimately did him in vs JMM without the KO.

I just can't figure out why you guys are such Sore Losers and cannot accept it and make all these incorrect ASS-umptions.

Manny lost told an old man

If the whole scene was repeated with floyd, people would ridiculed him for excuses etc etc

Roach said Pac Would ko him and beat floyd with 1 arm
He said he expected floyd to stay outside

"Sore loser"??
I would have settled for Mayweather beating-up Manny.
I wanted an entertaining fight, with both fighters displaying skills, courage, bravery, and effective aggression.

What a piece of shit.
