Manny LIED ABOUT THE SHOULDER INJURY

Now they're trying to cover for him by having Koncz say that he checked the box and not Manny, either way, all of them should go to jail for covering up this and then lying to the their public and the rest of the world.
Why can't people see how fake Manny is, he claims he's a Christian but then he is lying and that is something REAL Christians are not supposed to do.
I always knew that sooner or later all the lies that Manny, Arum and Roach have been telling their public would catch up to them.

Re: Manny LIED ABOUT THE SHOULDER INJURY
Just read that if the attorney general decides to go after Pacquiao he could be looking at 1-4 years if state charges are filed. Or 1-5 years if federal charges are filed.
His pay could be held up and a class action lawsuit could be filed.
All for not checking the right box.

Re: Manny LIED ABOUT THE SHOULDER INJURY
It's funny.. After those shots you're not suppose do any lifting or any excessive work with that shoulder for like 48 hours lol. I've had rotator cuff problems since I was a pitcher in college. They were asking 2 hours prior to the fight for these shots when any doctor will advise someone to rest that shoulder for at least 48 hours. I can only imagine that if Pacquiao did in fact have a tear that was partially healed, with all the missing he was doing there's no wonder he re-injured that shoulder lmao. I'm not going to say one way or another whether it's a fake injury, but there's no doubt that Pacquiao is going lose more than he can gain by the nature they revealed the injury.

Oh, it's definitely fake or he lied on the report.NateJR wrote:It's funny.. After those shots you're not suppose do any lifting or any excessive work with that shoulder for like 48 hours lol. Re: Manny LIED ABOUT THE SHOULDER INJURY
I have watched the fight at least 3 times now.
Pac threw punches like he always does.
At no time did he grimace throwing his right hand.
At no time did he grimace when the shoulder was contacted.
And he threw it all throughout the fight.
He probably should worry more about this than making excuses...
Pacquiao could face a possible fine or suspension for not answering the question accurately on a form he filled out just before Friday's weigh-in. He would go on to lose a unanimous decision to Mayweather in the richest fight ever.
Meanwhile, orthopedic surgeon Dr. Neal ElAttrache told ESPN.com that Pacquiao will undergo surgery later this week to repair a ''significant tear'' in his rotator cuff. ElAttrache examined Pacquiao on Monday at his Kerlan Jobe Orthopedics office in Los Angeles.
Pacquiao's promoter put out a statement on behalf of the fighter late Monday afternoon saying that the injury was disclosed to the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, which approved the use of an anti-inflammatory shot for the fight. But USADA was only a third party to the fight, charged only with testing the fighters for banned substances in training and the night of the bout.
''We had no medical information, no MRIs, no documents,'' said Travis Tygart, who heads the USADA. ''It was not an anti-doping issue. The real question is why his camp checked 'no' on the disclosure. Either they made a terrible mistake to not follow the rules or they were trying not to give information to the other side. I'm not sure there's a middle ground.''
Tygart said his agency, which was hired by promoters to oversee drug testing for the bout, was contacted April 7 asking about the use of various substances and whether they were allowed under anti-doping rules. He said there was another call 10 days later asking about using a different substance, again for what the USADA was told was an unspecified shoulder problem.

Re: Manny LIED ABOUT THE SHOULDER INJURY
I doubt Manny goes to jail for this.
Most fighters carry minor injuries into fights and don't declare them, are we going to send them all to jail? What a lot of nonsense this thread is.
Tyson managed to get away with fighting with a broken back, so I don't think Manny has got anything to worry about.

Re: Manny LIED ABOUT THE SHOULDER INJURY
The real question is where are all the PacTURDS who are normally talking ish around here on this subject?
This shows again, their lack of objectivity. Manny is being exposed for the fraud he has always been in regards to him being a Christian and in regards to how long they went about ducking this fight because they already knew the outcome.
I swear that this is the most pathetic, long and drawn out list of excuses and sore loser behavior that I've ever seen any fighter in the history of this sport carrying on for this long.

Re: Manny LIED ABOUT THE SHOULDER INJURY
It's not the fact that he went into the fight with an injury, it's the fact that he lied about it and is now lying on USADA (which in itself is a Defamation Suit).CheckHook wrote:I doubt Manny goes to jail for this.

For you to call this thread nonsense only shows your bias on this matter, I wonder what you'd say if this was Floyd doing this, imagine how this forum would be lit up with a million posts.

I seriously doubt that he does jail time.
But a suspension and a hell of a fine is probably coming.
It was perjury on an official government document. Something
will be done to him.
Re: Manny LIED ABOUT THE SHOULDER INJURY
I know, and I'm saying he wont go to jail for that, because lots of boxers 'lie' on those forms or they wouldn't be allowed to fight.... Stop trying to spin it like its some shady criminal activity that only Manny would do.KBB wrote:It's not the fact that he went into the fight with an injury, it's the fact that he lied about it and is now lying on USADA (which in itself is a Defamation Suit).CheckHook wrote:I doubt Manny goes to jail for this.

Am I spinning it when it is clear that if you read anything on this story what they are talking about doing to him for this??CheckHook wrote:I know, and I'm saying he wont go to jail for that, because lots of boxers 'lie' on those forms or they wouldn't be allowed to fight.... Re: Manny LIED ABOUT THE SHOULDER INJURY
Well it would be a pretty bad line of them to take if they came out and said 'its ok to lie on official documents' but that isn't the same as them actively pursuing the incident and pushing for a sentence. You do realise they would have to put a huge percentage of active boxers in jail if Manny was jailed for this, right? Hell, I bet even Floyd has gone into a fight with a bit of a niggle before that he hasn't declared. I don't know what you'd do if he had to go back inside.KBB wrote:Am I spinning it when it is clear that if you read anything on this story what they are talking about doing to him for this??

It was just handed over to the Nevada state attorney generals office.CheckHook wrote:Well it would be a pretty bad line of them to take if they came out and said 'its ok to lie on official documents' but that isn't the same as them actively pursuing the incident and pushing for a sentence. Re: Manny LIED ABOUT THE SHOULDER INJURY
I changed my mind, I think he's going to jail for 5 years for this and then every other boxer who has ever gone into a fight with a niggle they didn't declare is going to jail for 5 years too.... It makes perfect sense.tiny_acres wrote:Well something will happen. CheckHook like I said I do not believe Manny will go to jail.
I do believe a huge fine and a suspension is coming.
Something will be done for this blatant act of perjury.

Re: Manny LIED ABOUT THE SHOULDER INJURY
They can also withhold his purse - revealing the shoulder injury as a post-fight excuse, could be the biggest mistake his team ever made.
I don't think the injury was fake, however, minor or even fairly major injuries are common going into bouts, I don't recall Pacquaio fighting 'one handed' at any point, though he did often fight 'no handed' by not letting either hand go.
They may well choose not to pursue a criminal case, but there's going to be some fallout.

You're making very serious accusations on a major public website, KBB.

Re: Manny LIED ABOUT THE SHOULDER INJURY
From the article...
Manny Pacquiao's camp has greater worries than the lingering sting of the Filipino welterweight's loss to Floyd Mayweather Jr. in Las Vegas Saturday, and it could come in the form of prosecution for perjury.
By inaccurately completing a pre-fight medical questionnaire — when Pacquiao's camp checked the “No” box for a question about whether he had a shoulder injury — the boxer's inner circle has sparked an investigation by the Nevada authorities, according to sources.
“Disclosure is a big thing for us, and honesty," Cisco Aguilar, the Nevada Athletic Commission chairman told the Daily News Monday. “The commission at some point will have to discuss (Pacquiao's medical questionnaire). I've got to run through the process with the (Nevada) Attorney General (Adam Laxalt). But they do sign that document under the penalty of perjury.”
In addition to possible perjury charges looming, if a lawyer for Pacquiao signed the medical questionnaire, the lawyer might have a license issue. And there is case law that supports a possible class-action suit, where ticket holders could argue they didn't get what was promised - had Pacquiao been 100% healthy, it could have been a more entertaining fight.

Honesty is a "big thing" for the Nevada State Athletic Board!? Am I the only one that finds that amusing?
Re: Manny LIED ABOUT THE SHOULDER INJURY
Funny Konz claims he's the one that filled out the paper work. What I see though is Pacquiaos signature at the bottom. So, did Pacquiao not even read the questionnaire? None of this adds up at all and the more I hear about it the more it seems like a case of sour grapes coming from Pacquiao because he lost. Pacquiao has had 4 years to get this shoulder taken care of, been several fights, yet we never heard anything about this. When Marquez knocked Pacquiao out, we got the leg cramp excuse and Roach hinted that Marquez was on PEDs. When He lost to Morrales he claimed he was weakened by getting blood taken prior to the fight. When he lost to Floyd we get this bullshit.. It's clear Pacquiao has a excuse every time loses, he's acting like a little bitch.

Re: Manny LIED ABOUT THE SHOULDER INJURY
What would have happened if he checked yes? If he fills this out at the weigh-in, how do ticket holders or general public know about it?
