Kirkland So Sloppy Makes Rios & Alvarado Look Like Rigo

Post by bnovelist »

No basic boxing fundamentals whatsoever. Like he's never had a amatuer boxing match a day in his life, fights like a fireman needing to earn

an extra 1k so he enters a underground/backyard fighting tournament. Now he should call out kimbo slice to a backyard duel!

Yeah but we have all the PacTURDS here comparing the Canelo vs Kirkland fight to the Floyd vs Manny fight and I cannot understand why.

And then they have the nerve to say "that's what you call real boxing".

WTF, boxing fans are as dumbed down as society is. I guess they are a product and reflection of their era and environment.

Its obvious people aren't comparing the skill level but the determination of the fighters. Mayweather was content to coast to victory and pacman apparently was content to coast to defeat. IMO, nothing is better than a fighter that goes in and TAKES his victory or at least attempts to in Kirklands case. Canelo could have coasted to a 12 rd decision to but he didnt...Regardless of skill, Canelo and Kirkland left it all in the ring and thats what fans appreciate.

Again, the lack of the skill level of Kirkland was what enabled Canelo to do what he did, why wasn't he effective like that against Floyd who walked him down during portions of their fight?

Do you think Kirkland would've been effective against Pacquiao?? I don't, do you think Canelo would beat up Manny as easily as he did James? I don't.

There's no way to even halfway begin to compare these fights regardless of how they were fought or who went about trying to go for a finish or not.

Numerous fights do not always end up in a finish or one guy so easily dominating the other, why make a big deal out of the Pac vs May fight?

To me it's no more than the sheer stupidity of today's dumbed down so called "boxing" fans.

Canelo wasnt effective against Floyd cuz he didnt have the skill level to compete so...the better question is why didnt Floyd whoop Canelo's ass due to the difference in skill level, like Canelo did Kirkland? Canelo vs Kirkland reminds of Mayweather vs Baldomir. Canelo chose to fight and Mayweather chose to coast.

Always the same old criticism with you pacTURDS, why didn't Floyd KO/whup him? Forgetting that Mayweather was like around 146 on fight night vs a Canelo that was at least 165 or more.

You say Floyd chose to coast when he was the more effective fighter, what's wrong with giving the smaller man credit?

You guys hate Floyd so much that it is literally impossible for you to give him credit no matter who he beats, you still find something to cry about.
