Did Lamar Parks die? I remember when he was diagnosed with aids, but I hadn't heard about him dying.

>>>Kidfire's still alive, Barry.<<<

I knew that I couldn't recall ever reading about him dying. Anyone have any idea as to how he is health-wise now? He was a pretty good prospect and looked like he would make some noise in the middleweight division before being diagnosed. Reggie Johnson gave him a pretty good boxing lesson, which he seemed to have leanred from that loss only to see it all go down the drain.

Gary Mason killed whilst out riding his bike and doing his commute in London was very sad.
LH world champ Freddie Mills too.....loads of theories, but almost certainly a gangland contract killing.

No. Even the author of that book couldn't defend his claims in the BBC Freddie Mills documentary. It was complete fiction and he was obviously ashamed of himself!

I can’t say I know too much about it, only heard the rumours. How did the serial killer thing all come about then?

In my time as a fan Vernon Forrest and Arturo Gatti's deaths seemed particularly tragic.

Corrales was terrible as well given that he was only a month removed from a fight, and 2 years to the day from the fight that defines his career.
