Yes, De Mori was supposed to fight Goran Delic for the WBU (German version) title but the opponent was changed to Radenko Kovac.
I believe the De Mori-Kovac contest was a scheduled 8 rounder and the WBU title was not at stake - is this correct?

It is stated also in the news article (in german) which I posted as a source that De Mori's fight was an eight-rounder....
