115-113 for Mayweather

It was much closer than the official scorecards indicate. There were several rounds in which Mayweather did little except run - not that Pacquiao did much, but in those rounds he did a bit more.

I'm trying to figure out if 2 out of 3 cards read 116-112
How is 115-113 much different?
I mean you are saying that it was MUCH closer than the official score cards.
yet you only are 1 round off of 2 out of 3 of those WAY off cards.
