No shortage of donuts in Maidana's proximity. He has Mr. Potatohead disease.

It was always on the cards after 2 money spinners with floyd. Such a shame really, but i guess he reached his pinnacle. Love El Chino, definitely one of my favourite fighters to watch in this current era.

Too busy scratching his balls, eating asado and hunting animals, by all accounts over here is is knocking on 200lbs and they expect 6 months to get to full fitness and even a few warm up fights needed ............ quite sad really as he could be getting some big bucks in the states if kept in shape and active

He has shifted a bit of weight and is leaving next week to resume training with Garcia. He thinks he will fight at the end of November.
Can't see it being a quality opponent can you?

Maidana looks like he's wearing one of those ex-president masks like in the original Point Break movie.

He certainly looks peculiar in that video of him and Broner. His head is twice the size of Broner's. He looks grotesque, like somebody made up with prosthetics. Like the monster from Thing From Another Planet

Why would Maidana ever fight again? It's like continuing to spend all your money on lottery tickets when you've already won twice. Wrap it up Chino and enjoy your life. No need for any more of this.

No indication that anything has really changed with Marcos.

He certainly isn't in the gym....

Did he get 1 million for the first FMJ fight and 5 million for the second one? Thats almost 100 million Argentinian pesos, he can live well for that on his ranch eating BBQ and hunting for the rest of his days, but why not have a few more fights and utilize his name getting some coin (getting fit is the key)

Is that really all that he made in those fights? That's pretty pathetic compared to what Floyd nabbed. This is probably why Floyd will have a hard time retiring after Saturday. How can you leave money like that on the table? Even if you grab 200 million from one fight, it's still tempting.

It was $5 million guaranteed so maybe a share of the pay per view was added on top, still nice coin if you are living in Argentina but peanuts compared to Floyd

Just read Floyd reckons he was offered 9 figure sum to fight on, fornicating ridiculous, I hope he is counting the .00 cents in that fornicating figure

More reports to back up what the previous poster said, now he said he isn't sure when or if he really fully has the desire to get back, also adds that the $5 million changed his life and he is comfortable. They also say his brother is out in the states now making a name.
