I remember his posts on this site with Kellet - some good banter and laughs.

I think that they actually arranged a fight out of it and boxed a draw (from memory) and they then showed each other good respect.

Yer I'm guna finish having my last year for mbc just messed about to much on bbbofc and like me and Howard argued I know my level ha. Think Howard runs sum mma club in Preston now and is a van driver? Could be wrong but sure it's along them lines
