Re: Any interest in the Moscow card...?
First time I've seen R̶u̶s̶l̶a̶n̶ ̶C̶h̶a̶g̶a̶e̶v̶ Rakhim Chakhiev. Some cruiserweight bauble. Unbeaten Yank in the other corner (Junior Wright, 13-0-1, no opponents of note. Well, apart from Galen Brown).

Kudryashov has a much better beard, imo.
Also, The Butcher keeps getting work, don't he?

Both Lebedev and Hernandez are very skilled in my opinion. I consider both of them more skilled then Drozd. Although Hernandez has shown some decline recently, he is rotting over there in Germany. Usyk has tones of skills but is still untested.crusader wrote:And which of those fighters has standout boxing skill? Maybe Drozd and Usyk, though the latter hasn't fought anyone and struggled with Danie Venter.
Kud fought a guy who was there to spoil and I think he's better than what he showed.

30-27 RC.
He looks like he should be a nice compact spiteful volume pressure fighter but seems to be under the misapprehension he's a steroid & HGH stuffed Vic Darchinyan; every time he loads up & swipes & misses I'm inclined to think he's trying to peer over a high wall.

Re: Any interest in the Moscow card...?
I don't think Lebedev is particularly skilled and he's quite easy to hit. Hernandez has looked vulnerable for years and has only been squeaking past people like Ross and Arslan.
Kud has limitations and is admittedly untested against top opposition, but I don't see him as being far down the order at all and I expect him to do better against people who aren't just there to hold and survive.

Yank is limited & has a horrendous work-rate, but seemed to land a decent straight right followed by a much nicer head-butt there.

Re: Any interest in the Moscow card...?
RC wins the fifth but whilst belabouring JW late on ate a right uppercut inside, don't think his legs are quite the same (very faint tremor through his legs even as he went back to his corner). Yank looks a decent puncher but not letting his hands go enough, no jab.

Re: Any interest in the Moscow card...?
Might give JW that. I know I called him limited but he's not exactly that; he looks like he was probably a decent amateur, in fact. But he's not throwing enough & not committing to the jab (which is working every time). RC seems to be slowing.
5-1 RC.

Fuckin' 'ell.
Hell of a southpaw left-hander to the body by RC to finish.
Where's C-P when man-love needs to be applied?

Re: Any interest in the Moscow card...?
Left hand to the body puts Wright down for the count, great punch from Chakhkiev came out of nowhere, probably no more than Junior deserved he was losing rounds against a lesser fighter than him IMO,should've shown more ambition and he may have had Rakhim outta there before it came to that,we'll never know

I my stream froze during the round then when it worked again Wright was out on his back.

I'm surprised Ian John Lewis hasn't stopped this by now
Re: Any interest in the Moscow card...?
Russians are moaning that Wlodarchyk team knew about the injury far earlier then they revealed it. Announced the change of opponents in the last moment to sabotage Drozds preparation.
