I had it 114-114 draw,quite a messy fight with a lot of tough rounds to score,just had to pick what you prefer,I thought Cardle salvaged it at the end but Evans probably could've won it if he'd worked a bit harder,he seemed to coast a bit late on,Craig's a class fighter though and usually got the last word in the exchanges,he frustrated Scotty at times and made him look poor but all in all a good competitive scrap

Cardle keeps going backwards in every fight I see him. He turned pro after a good amateur career and looked a quality boxer, despite that Gallagher seems to have decided to model Scott Quigg's style for him and he's slowly turning into a pressure fighter, sooner or later most of the head movement will be gone and everything will be done in straight lines, no more spinning off after throwing punches.

Good fight for both. if Evans can make Super Feather he can pick up the British once Walsh moves up a level.

Don't think he can get there, apparently he absolutely killed himself to make the weight against Clark, took 3 attempts and that was only 9st 6. Realistically he needs to be fighting regularly against decent opposition for a while, then to come again at title level. Realistically that isn't going to happen because Warren doesn't think highly enough of him to put him out regularly on his shows and lose a bit of money on him for a while and if he goes back to Wales on small hall shows the budget won't be there to bring good opponents in.

Warren has Liam Williams so could possibly do something with the pair of them,

He was hurt, but the shots weren't landing clean. He was about to grab on when Foster intervened. I've seen worse, we all have, but that should have continued. How long was left in the round?

Too early for me, great response from a poor start from Blackwell, but he only seemed to land two heavy shots. He should have given him at least another 10 seconds in my opinion.

He wasn't landing much at the time of the stoppage but Ryder was hurt. Not the worst stoppage but it could have continued.

Having watched it back not much was landing as Ryder backed off to the ropes but that seemed to be because Blackwell hadn't got his feet into range yet, there was at least 10 seconds with Ryder's hands down by his waist and he looked completely out of it. Could have maybe let it go a bit longer but Ryder was gone for a decent length of time, at one point it looked like he was holding his hand up to ask Blackwell to stop the assault.

Sorry but that's another poor stoppage from Howard Foster,no doubt Ryder was in trouble and just before Blackwell followed him onto the ropes I thought John was quitting but he came firing back,seems Howard made the same mistake as he did in Froch/Groves 1

Can't help but feel delighted for Nick,he deserves it and he showed what a tough,determined fighter he is,only 24 too
