1 point up at the end of the 9th. How did you see it?

One judge had Mitchell up 2, another had it even and one had Mitchell up by 6.
Hahaha wow

They were setting Linares up beautifully.

Luckily for him he got that stoppage.

I had Linares ahead comfortably.

Mitchell simply didn't throw enough leather throughout portions of that fight.

Switch off the "commentary" for a better, balanced picture.

I had Mitchell up by two points, I can't really see that it was going to be a set up. Take the knockdown in that round and you'd have a judge for each man and one even, which seems about right.

Commentary is always switched off.

A lot of those rounds were difficult to score. I'd have a problem with either fighter being heavily in front.

I hope Joshua knocks out Kevin Johnson.

The "Safety Pin" always promises a good effort, but he fights as if he's terrified of his opponents.

Johnson on his way now. They've been making a lot of his, 'never been stopped' accomplishment.

Johnson was disappointing against Tyson Fury and he's lost 3 in a row since then.

Ten years older and ten years difference between their debuts. Let's hope Johnson does bring something interesting to this fight

Stopped in the 2nd. AJ still hasn't taken a punch. Johnson didn't do much but try to survive, AJ just went straight after him the second he landed his first right hand.

So did I.

Future heavyweight champion or what? It's only six years since Johnson went the distance with Klitschko and 3 years since he also went the distance with Tyson Fury!

Was Johnson punched well after the bell in the first?

There's no point in putting Joshua in with more journeymen.

He's more than ready to face ranked contenders. Thompson would be a good opponent for his next fight, as would Browne, Jennings and Pulev.

Yes, but Ian John-Lewis was the ref so there were no consequences.

Considering the ref's reputation I was surprised he helped pick Johnson up and propelled him back to his corner. Surely he should have took up a count. Maybe that's why.

It was a bit weird. Thought it may have been after/on the bell, Johnson went down hanging out of the ring and the cornerman and referee helped him up and took him back to his corner to start round 2 - no count started.

Who can test Anthony at this stage of his career without being a huge (and very risky) step-up for him? And please, don't bring Manuel Charr in this discussion. Joshua would demolish him in 1-2 rounds.

Joshua will brutally destroy Povetkin 1,5-2 years from now. Probably even earlier.

Thompson, Browne, Jennings or Pulev.

Or perhaps someone less risky like Wach, Ustinov or Chisora.
