Kell was too good, and Frankie needed a few strong bursts to gain some confidence in there but he wasn't able to get them. It was hard, and was going to get harder. Froch is now taking credit for giving Kell the advice to win the fight. Just waiting for the 80000 comment.

Where next? for Kell it has to be a big fight, Rios seems likely and would be a good benchmark for where he is. For Gavin, its down a level or two, or down a weight (lightweight is never going to happen, he was a kid when he made that so lets be realistic).

Gutted for Frankie, but well done to Kell Brook.

Bunce & Woodhall absolutely slating Gavin for refusing to drop down in weight.

He nearly ruined his health trying to make lightweight for the olympics and that was nearly 10 years ago.I dont think he ever got over that. I am sure the British team got nutritionists involved, and he just couldnt do it.

Unless you been through it the misery of making weight is hard to explain to people.

Don't see what Rios offers at 147. It's no better than an Algieri or Collazo. Hearn has promised a superfight so I guess we'll expect Rios.

Rios will cost a lot to go over so will be another PPv.

Brook should fight him in the U.S and make a name for himself over there. He pummels Rios with ease IMO.
