Sturm now fights instead of Luan on March 11th. Sidorenko with a title defense on the undercard.

Luan is to fight on April 29th because of Don Kings wish..........so it must be Brewster in order to have a longer prparation time.

Bring on two more titles

rumours and a statement from Luan on Sunday that he will fight Brewster this year for sure. And Luan isn´t known for talking bullshit. Officially it is told that the fight is postponed because of Don King. IMO he wants to give Brewster more time for preparation. Byrd will fight Wladi and Brewster earns most money when he fights in Germany for the rematch. Everybody, boxers and promoters, would be stupid not to make a rematch.

absolutely agree. He said before the last fight."I have to care for my family and when they give me good money I´ll fight everywhere, everyone and everytime" I have total respect for such guys. There should me more guys like him in the scene.

you are absolutely right, my friend. IMO Brewster will come in in a better physical condition so he could win by KO earlier. The only chance for Luan is to come in with a tactic like he did in the Whitaker fight, more offensively. But can he knock Brewster out? I don´t think so. And I don´t expect a 12 rounder.

It should be a good fight though if its anything like their first fight.
Its a pity Luan didnt set his sights on Byrd cos I just dont think he has the power to keep Lamon at bay I could see Brewster finish the job by the mid-way point

Brewsters record suggests that he can be outboxed, 2 losses by decision & a close decision to Meehan & he was losing to Luan the 1st time, so i give Luan a good chance.

You never know, I know how much you are yearnign for a heavyweigth champ so as much as I like Brester who seems to be decent champ, ill keep my fingers crossed for ya

Thanks. It´s almost 80 years ago......... Luan would be a superstar over here. his popularity is already very high bcause the people could see that he has a genuine chance to win a title. not like Axel Schulz, who is training for a comeback. he wants to make his first fight in December. This fool would get killed by any decent Heavyweight in Germany.....
