HE WEIGHED EACH BOUT 200 LB,197 3/4 LB, 198 1/4 LB AND THE 199 LB I DIDN'T SEE ANY CRUISERWEIGHT THERE PLUS HE FIGHTS HEAVYWEIGHT TOO. HE IS NO CRUISER IN HIS RECORD OF LATE.

As for the agreement between WBA, WBC and IBF, a good thing in theory, but way to go in practice... If I'm not totally wrong, the IBF hasn't changed anything since.
