This is very different than any other answers, but im going with Nick Blackwell. For some one to come from no amateur bouts just learning on unlicensed scene then becoming british champion in a short space of time. He has natural strength and fight in him and work ethic that you cant put into someone.

Yes.
Frampton is one of the best all round fighters I've seen. Speed, power, skills, stamina, chin, mentality, timing, distance, ring control, pressure. He's also got the rare ability to be defensive while on the front foot.

Of topic a bit as its about British fighters but watching lomanchenko is and absolute joy, he is a potential legend.

Colin McMillan? Before his shoulder injury - he gave the former unbeaten pro and olympic gold medalist Stecca a complete boxing lesson.

I was going to say Howard Winstone but he fought mainly with one hand (but what a hand though!!).

Blackwell's a real talent, but he's a tendency to throw tiring flurries whenever his shots go unanswered, whether they're hitting the gloves or not. I think he should be at LMW, too.

At MW, I'd really like to see him fight Eubank Jr. Blackwell's keen; Eubank less so.
