I still love watching Cotto but I agree he comes across as a diva and the whole catchweight issues annoy me even more

He won the title from a near cripple, he's pissed about for a year chopping and changing his mind about his first defence, now he's imposed a ridiculous 'catchweight' (even lower then the one he imposed on Martinez) on Geale.

Seriously I hope he gets totally humiliated, he's made a complete mockery of the title and his credibility.
It was the face to face with Martinez where i found out he was supposedly a diva,Sergio called him out on it, this whole A-side thing,I hate all these fighters,/trainers/managers/promoters or whoever breaking tradition

The champion's name should be first on posters, they should come into the ring last and they should defend their title in the weight limit

I love Cotto as a fighter,it makes his antics all the more disappointing

... and how do you like what he says about Golovkin and Canelo ? "Canelo had his chance against Mayweather", blah, blah. The joker forgot that he had his chance against Mayweather too, and also against the super-star Trout who schooled him.

Cotto is a fish. Not good enough even to be called a "Trout". :OhYes:

Cotto is the most overrated fighter in the history of the game. He's lost every megafight he was in. The only significant victory he had was against Sugar Shane Mosely right after Mosely got pinched for roids'. Somehow, even before he beat a no legged Sergio for the belt, people called him a first ballot HOF'er. Such a joke.

I hope Canelo cleans his clock but Cotto will probably make him suck down to 127lbs for the fight. :yay:
