looking for 1977 CT Junior Olympic medal

I believe my father fought and won in the 1976 and 1977 junior olympic boxing championships in CT. The medal that he won was thrown away. I am looking to find what this medal looks like, I would like to try and have one made to give him. if anyone has a picture of one or know what one looks like I would be so grateful.
