Ward is the only fighter that could be considered better than anyone on Calzaghe's record and he got schooled. After that there's very little between them in terms of opposition.

I've no doubt that Calzaghe would have prevailed, however, I'm sure Froch would have had his moments.

As an all around fighter, Calzaghe was a much better package, and actually every bit as tough as Froch to boot when needed.

I would probably put money on JC, but IMO Froch fought much better opposition overall.

I rewatched ward v froch and I'd forgotten how much ward bullied froch on the inside it was like he was a weight stronger than froch ,as for calzaghe Joe would of won a clear decision

Wasn't strength, Ward was an outstanding collegiate wrestler - that's why he manhandled Carl so easily in the clinches
