Seems a very good idea for the London based fans who would go to most regardless, 12 shows for less than £17 a show is good value

In principle, but one of the problems with boxing is that you can't guarantee dates in advance.
For example with football, it is pretty much always on a Saturday afternoon, with fixtures set out in stone well in advance.
It's tough to do it when shows, for logistical reasons will be put on at more random dates.
I do think it represents very good value though. Well worth trying, and esp if you can give those customers a good service, they will be keen to buy again next year.

The only thing that would put me off buying something like this would be that there is no real guarantee the shows you are paying in advance for would ones you would want to go to

Fir point that's why it works out at under half price £17 per show and if we do 14 works out £14 per show. You would only need to go to 6 to cover the cost.

I'm sure you have done your best in this regarde, but unfortunately in boxing as we all know, you get late pull outs etc which sometimes mean shows get postponed.
This is not me trying to be negative, I do think it's a good idea and well worth trying, I wish you every success. The small hall non tv shows are the bedrock of boxing and often damn hard to make financially viable.

Definitely a novel idea. People will probably be wary of the quality that will be on the cards and maybe if a half season was offered once people saw the success of the cards?

In 5 years in London we have never postponed a show and we never will.

Boxers get direct commission on any season tickets we sell.

The more tickets we sell to the general public the better deals we are able to offer boxers especially on 6 rounds plus. The 2015 deals for example are better than the 2014 ones as we have improved sales outside the boxers.

Our aim is to remove boxer ticket sales but we are a way off yet.

The Goodwins are one of the few I'd buy this sort of thing from somewhat confidently (if I lived down south). Steve has always seemed like a man of his word and doesn't strike me as the sort of guy who'll not put on enough shows to make this good value. The apple doesn't fall too far from the tree so Olivia will hopefully be equally reliable.

Great idea to get the casuals in but I wander how many hard core fans will buy the entire "season ticket" as opposed to just buying a ticket when they're mate is fighting. Really hope it works and becomes financially viable. Best of luck.

Well worth the cash, I would def buy one if I was still in London. I didn't realise you had never postponed a date, which is a real achievement, the idea of removing ticket selling duties from the boxer is great too.
Again, I really hope it works. Boxers will be happy to fight for less too with the regular work, that's a proper lot of shows to put on.

Going back to how it should be - the promoter doing the promoting. It would be a great day if a boxer had to request tickets for family and friends buying rather than having to hassle people to buy due to pressure from promoters
