The obvious-Hagler but who else? I know of a few others,Melio Bettina. Flash Elorde, Pac man, Billy Backus, Freddie Miller, Jackie Patterson,Vincente Saldivar.

Naseem Hamed was technically a Southpaw, though the strange switch hitting style he used made it hard to tell

Boxing Illustrated had a list of southpaw champions in an issue about ten years ago, but I cannot recall what issue it was.

Back in the 80's, I can't remember who it was, either Clancy, Ryan or Pacheco, but one of them said during a broadcast, that alot of Japanese fighters were converted southpaws because they took fencing in public school and it was almost natural to lead with there right afterwards. Never checked into it, but that story always stayed with me.

often times early in his career he would fight as a southpaw in spurts. It helped his huge hooks to be more effective
