And that is why Brook shouldn't be a ppv fighter. Champion still desperately calling out challenger

I just get the impression that Khan doesn't fancy it. Brook's 'away' win against Porter is looking better and better. The good thing for Brook is, he has a higher profile than Junior Witter had in America, so he has options. I'd fancy Brook to beat Broner, Garcia, Peterson etc, so the future is rosie without Khan. It's a shame, though. I think Khan is letting fans down as much as anything with his' he does'n't deserve the payday, and Brook hasn't beaten anyone yet talk'.

Would Khan be guaranteed a victory over Porter -I'm not sure.

Brook beats Khan IMO

but... Brook needs to stop chasing Khan (like Khan chases mayweather)... and fight some better oppo

Dann, Gavin, Rios (which hasn't even happened) isn't good enough

Rios is a career light weight... Brook is a beast of a WW... ie no interest in that fight

Khan has no interest fighting Brook right now - he would see it as a step back, and a massive risk to his status as the leading light in the UK at the weight.

Brook seems a lot stronger at the weight than Khan, and is a better more skilfull operator. Khan really has little more than physical gifts - if he cannot execute his gameplan, he has no idea how to adapt. His physical gifts are such that he is still in the top tier of the division, but he lacks the brains to ever dominate the division.

Brook looks more special to me, and more solid - and definitely has more power than Khan, he looks to have improved as he has gone along. There's a fluidity and relaxed nature to his work that leads me to think he would get past the tricky first few rounds against Khan, and drag him into unpleasant territory by the middle rounds.

As said earlier, Brook should forget Khan, at least for now, and fight some quality opposition to cement his status as a genuine champ, rather than just a beltholder. He may well end up not needing Khan at all if he does this, by which time, Khan, his career floundering, will probably come calling.

Therein lies the problem. Khan may think that, nobody that knows sh*t about boxing does.

De La Hoya's comments on that video make you question whether Khan would get in the ring with Porter.

Echoes of Hatton and Witter, where the star's ego simply could not endure a humiliation at the hands of their bitter rival. Khan must find all the references to his chin incredibly emasculating. He must shiver at the thought of being stretched out on the canvas with Kell Brook standing over him.

Be a delicious irony if Mayweather opted to fight Brook in September.

Khan has been at the top in the UK for so long, that he probably feels he owns it - however, the evidence is mounting against him, that Brook is now top dog, and has a belt to prove it.

I don't see the fight happening, unless it is a couple of years down the line, when Khan is a gatekeeper looking for one last shot at glory.

I'm pretty certain Khan has got the Mayweather fight which makes Brook irrelevant. His only realistic rival for the gig would be Porter as Floyd hasn't got any other realistic alternative. Khan also pulled big figures on national US tv (correct me if I'm wrong but heard somewhere they where the best PBC figures so far) against Algeri to further strenghen his cAse. Plus You would also think that Showtime would want maximum return from PPV which would be Khan by far.

If the khan who looked a physical beast and boxed beautifully against Alexander turns up he will use Kell's head like a speedball.
