Re: The Liverpool bill tonight
Good placement to put him down and probably good that rebrasse doesn't punch hard as he left himself far too open chasing the stoppage

And they don't go down as often as the men.smiling assassin wrote:WOMEN PLAY FOOTBALLfreddydoesdallas wrote:The French just had a harsh penalty decision go against them in the women's world cup. Hope we dont get a similar decision

Good learning experience for Callum, just what was needed
Re: The Liverpool bill tonight
Callum's moved up in levels pretty fast as a pro.
Good little scrap. Credit to the Frenchman, he never surrendered !

It was a really good match up. Should see more like this for him as he's not going to learn anything beating up low level opponentsBoxing Prospect wrote:Good learning experience for Callum, just what was needed

I know I slate Matchroom a lot but THAT was perfect match making. Callum didn't look like a destroyer but he looked like a very accomplished young fighter going places. PERFECT.freddydoesdallas wrote:It was a really good match up. No more knockover jobs on TV, more 70-30 or 60-40 match ups that let a guy actually develop.
Yes it was hard for Callum, yes he was a clear winner, but it was a good fight.
Re: The Liverpool bill tonight
Really enjoyed that fight from start to finish. Smith will learn a lot from that! I actually thought he looked a bit predictable at times in there but I put that down to Rebrasse and his constant pressure. What a tough guy!

Re: The Liverpool bill tonight
Scored it 117-111,I couldn't separate them in the 12th
Superb fight and a mature performance from Smith,he really had to work for that and most of the rounds were razor close with Callum's harder shots and body punching giving him the edge,Rebrasse is a tough cookie and a terrific boxer with a great defence and for the most part done a great job of avoiding Smith's shots,Callum does need to move his head more though,he seemed content to let Rebrasse jab his face at will but all in all a great performance by Mundo
UK trainers should be asking Rebrasse to come over to spar their fighters, its just a pity he couldn't dig a bit more
The less said about that whitewash scorecard the better

PAUL SMITH should fight Rocky for the British with Callum on the same bill.
