Y'all some straight up hypocrites, many times I've heard folks here be critical of fighters chasing big money fights but now that it is someone y'all think is so devastating chasing someone else who has money then y'all are all in support of it but if other fighters hold out for bigger money vs certain opponents they are criticized for the same thing y'all are condoning here.Purse Bid Shakedown wrote:Moving down is harder than going up, right? Besides he's happy to move up for a ppv fight, but the only 2 money guys above 160, Froch and Chavez, wanted nothing to do with him. Also questionable how bad Ward wants him, given he's the one with bigger purse demands yet never made an offer, not even now with his big money promoter. And apparently when HBO asked them if ready to fight, GGG said yes, Ward said no
Make up your mind, is fighting for cash more important or legacy more important??
If you have a source that shows Ward saying no then please provide it because from what I've seen he's personally confronted GGG for a bout and of all the times they asked GGG in the past for a fight with Ward he or his manager would always say "he's only a MW".
How convenient he's only a MW response when it comes to moving up but the minute they mentioned Manny or Floyd then immediately he is ready to move down (which is harder, so why would one duck moving up knowing this) but not up.
