Had a few bad experiences, but I don't understand floor seating seems like a waste of time to me unless you're central obviously

Show was an absolute disgrace.
It really was. I brought a couple of lads with me who'd never been to a live show before... If you were there you'd know why they'd never come up for it again. It was bad.

.

A terrible advert for live boxing, and a complete shambles of an event. Typical of the majority of boxing media to more or less ignore it too. They all get excited about the wrong things.

I've no idea whether there has, but there should have been repercussions for those responsible for organising that event, and the venue. From a business perspective, a complete and utter own goal. It may well have squeezed a few quid out profit wise, but that seemed to be at the expense of those that paid good money for the tickets, that won't return. Like your mates, and me, and plenty of others that might not be hardcore boxing fans. They won't all complain, they just won't return.

This damages boxing. It makes it even more difficult for all promoters, and fighters, big and small, to sell tickets.

Depends on the venue to be fair. Hove Town Hall was a lovely little venue where you could get a close overhead view or sit ringside. The problem is when a venue's seating is arranged below the level of the ring and doesn't taper upward.
Not too many like that in the London area.

Dean was as sick as a pig, mate. Sad, but true, he's starting to realise what it's like on the road.
