For what it's worth...and probably not worth enough to officially post on boxrec, but looks like there was a 4th fight. The translation I get (the fighters names were never written in English) is:
Petchsiam Sor Kulwong vs Phungkhong WiengjanGym
it was scheduled for 6 and Sor Kulwong won by KO in the 6th round.
