Who cares? He is boring as shIt. The quicker he retires the better for boxing. Let me know when he decides to retire, I might actually get excited for that career move of his.

Yet again he has missed out on a big fight.
He's in a division with 4/5 big names and they all have fights planned whilst he is inactive.
Talk is Quigg-donaire later in the year.
LSC is moving up.
Hopefully it clears the way for a Frampton fight late this year or early next year.

No I personally think Rigondeaux would win quite wide on points, but I can't see him having a big fight.
None of the super bantams are fighting each other which is frustrating.
How do you think he'd do against Frampton?

I dont think Frampton can win asingle round to Rigo ,Defence and Counters are to good :OhYes: But to be fir with frampton he must fight Super Super aggresssive.Like Maidana fighting mayweather in his 1st fight . or else lose . Tactics vs Tactics with Rigo will be hell for him :TU:

Yeah, he's a top boxer, that can't really be disputed.

I'm fed up though of the "top men" all being boring, defensive, clinching, disciplined to the hilt, won't get hit type fighters. The likes of Mayweather, Rigo, even Klitschko to a degree (though at least he does have a number of KO's to his name) are frustrating as hell.

I'd rather the likes of Kovalev / Golovkin / Thurman / Gonzalez make the headlines, better for the profile of the sport.

Thats their way to be num 1 bro. Name a boxer that will beat thei defensive dull styles . They are not entertaining but they keep destroying explosive entertaining fighters..

Frampton ? My opinion bro ?Just an opinion . Frampton will not get a Single round unless he will land a lucky punch . Similar to what happen to Donaire . OUTCLASSED :box:

Let's all welcome back ThisModernLove. Come on, I can't be the only one thinking it.

Absolutely no doubt Rigondull is an exceptionally gifted boxer. Top 5 P4P for sure but he is as dull as a butter knife. Takes no risks whatsoever and provides very little entertainment value for me which is what counts the most. If you can't entertain me why should I watch?

Rigo is a lot funner to watch than Wlad and Floyd. Wlad is the worst hands down.

Pfp I think Rigo is easily in the top 3 today, but it comes down to what style you appreciate.

I think some of the "boring" style blame needs to also fall on the opponents for being unable or unwilling to take the chances they need to in order to force the action. Maybe they don't have the skill to get it done?

Personally I appreciate the pugalistic science that guys like Rigo employs. Boxing is more than just trading shots to the head. He will have to go up in weight to get a real challenge.

There's no good fight for him. Maybe Avalos or another trip to Japan to fight Oguni or Wake? Regardless of what he does it's just a time-waster. The most compelling fight would be Frampton, who I might add should be embarrassed at the no-hoper he's fighting next.

Rigo doesn't run and he's not a clincher......hes not a seller bc hes Cuban. Same thing happened to Gamboa......make excuses put em on the shelf and they get old and rusty. Gamboa had to move up multiple weights to get a fight. Looked like a midget in there against Crawford.

I appreciate the science of boxing but not when it's to the total detriment of any entertainment. Roman Gonzalez is extremely skilled also but he brings excitement, something Rigondull doesn't. Terence Crawford is another extremely talented boxer who is exciting in his fights because he tries to finish off his opponents.

Crawford /Gonzales . Have good power in their hands . Rigo Doesnt have too much of it . He will not fight the way you want . Because if he do, He will lose .No boxer want to loss a single fight . They are more prefer to win the fight and sacrificed fans entertainment ..Than giving the fans what they want and lose
