SLOW, Boring Time in Boxing
Re: SLOW, Boring Time in Boxing
I decided to give the UFC a try last night because the Thurman fight didn't have me enthralled and i'll tell you what, I haven't been that entertained in a long time by a boxing card. Each match was amazing. Blood and guts is not a must for me but each of the bouts last night included one or both guys faces covered in blood. The crowd was electric and i just had a fantastic time watching and felt $60 I paid was worth every penny unlike the way I feel after watching a boxing PPV event. Great job UFC. Still a boxing first fan but i'll not miss another one of those.

The thurman fight was worth watching. As was the undercard.

Agreed the Collazo had a chance to get Thurman out of there. Nobody thought that was possible before the fight. The ending tp Nelson-Harrison was good.amwsnw wrote:The thurman fight was worth watching. As was the undercard.

Hyun vs Park was the fight of the weekend! The teen won't go far but he'll be fun watching crash and burn.

He's not, never fought in LHW (his career lowest weight was 193 1/4 lbs) natural cruiser, a southpaw with quite decent punch. It's a better opponent for Huck than Larghetti imo, who won some 3-4 rounds against Marco so i believe Glowacki should give him even more troubles.world ranked wrote:Isnt Glowacki a blown up lt heavy?dagilechia wrote:08/15 in Newark Huck vs Glowacki for the WBO criuser belt, televised in the US
